Not every strategy, method, or "best practice" is right for your business and I see a lot of entrepreneurs who get caught up working on the wrong things...
Maybe they heard someone talk about something and they got FOMO, or maybe someone gave them advice that didn't actually make sense for their business, their goals, or their immediate needs.
I'm all for focusing on the big picture, future-proofing yourself as much as possible, and making decisions from a place of who you want to be.
But sometimes you just need to focus on the thing that's going to support you at the moment.
I know it can be hard to tell the difference, so today I'm diving into a few examples to help you figure out when you should ignore conventional wisdom and when you shouldn't.
